How many dashboards does Karbon Analytics ship with?
Dashboards span seven categories: Sales, Marketing, Customer, Inventory, Profitability, Marketing Efficiency, and Operations. Each category contains multiple individual dashboards (orders overview, top sellers, cohort retention, channel ROAS, refund trends, and so on). The library grows as platforms evolve and new ecommerce questions surface, with no migration required from your side.
Are these pre-built dashboards or do I have to build my own?
Pre-built. Every dashboard ships ready to read the moment your sources connect. There is no chart configuration, no SQL, and no filter setup. You can adjust date ranges and apply slicers, but the underlying queries, metrics, and visuals are built and maintained by Karbon Analytics.
Can I see Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, and GA4 data side by side?
Yes. Every dashboard reads from the unified data model, so a single chart can compare Shopify revenue to Meta spend to GA4 sessions in one query. Marketing efficiency dashboards do this by default. Sales and customer dashboards include cross-source breakdowns wherever they help interpret what you are looking at.

About setup

How long does it take to get dashboards working?
Most operators are reading dashboards inside an hour. You authorize Shopify and any ad platforms or marketing tools you use, Karbon Analytics syncs your historical data, and the seven dashboard categories light up as the data lands. There is no setup wizard, no schema mapping, and no analyst hand-off.
Do I need data engineers, analysts, or a BI tool?
No. Karbon Analytics provisions, hosts, and maintains the model and the dashboards on top of it. You don’t need Looker, Tableau, dbt, or a data warehouse. You don’t need a BI analyst or an in-house data engineer to keep dashboards working as platforms change.

About email deliveries

Can I share these with stakeholders who don’t have an account?
Yes. The email deliveries feature routes any dashboard, signal, or executive brief to multiple recipients by email. Recipients see the report inline in their inbox and do not need a Karbon Analytics login. Useful for routing summaries to founders, agency contractors, finance, or investors who want the numbers but not the tool.
How do scheduled reports handle date ranges?
Reports are time-aware. Weekly schedules cover the previous week. Daily schedules cover yesterday. Monthly schedules cover the prior calendar month. You set the cadence once and the date range adjusts automatically every time the report runs.
